Alive

I just wanted to let all my loyal readers out there know that YES I am alive!

In the past week weeks I have taken my final finals, graduated from college, moved out of my apartment, and flown to Europe and been here for the past 18 days. And I still have 12 more days to go! 

Meanwhile, any day my blog is getting a much needed face-lift and as soon as it does I will be posting all the recipes I have been hoarding for the past 2 months. 

Did I mention I have also been getting some amazing cooking lessons in Italy, Spain and more? I will have amazing recipes of my own along with some from my hosts and I will be trying to recreate all the yummy dishes I have eaten here in Europe. 

I won't make any promises but I should be back around June 15...in the meantime, don't forget about me and keep cooking!
